Flo Grace

Flo Grace is an accomplished communications executive, marketing strategist, and spokesperson for film and television studios. After serving as an executive at 20th Century Fox and Sony Pictures, she runs a business providing clients with PR, strategic marketing, and promotion services. Flo and her team excel at managing successful film and television awards campaigns. She has expanded her services to include social media marketing, content creation and advertising. Recent projects have centered around independent films, including documentaries, effectively raising their profiles on the film festival circuit. Flo approaches every project with unwavering commitment, creativity, and enthusiasm.

Carolyn Pfeiffer

Carolyn Pfeiffer began her career in Rome working as Claudia Cardinale’s assistant on FELLINI’S 8 ½ and Visconti’s THE LEOPARD. She then founded a P.R. company in London where
her clients included Robert Altman, The Beatles’ company Apple Corps, Liza Minelli, Paul McCartney & Wings, Robert Redford, Barbra Streisand and Francois Truffaut. Returning to America she started producing and distributing films as President of Island Alive and Co-Chair & CEO of Alive Films. Films released included CHOOSE ME, EL NORTE, STOP MAKING SENSE, KOYANNISQATSI, KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN and THE MODERNS. She was founding President of The Los Angeles Film School and Vice Chair & Master Filmmaker-in-Residence at the American Film Institute Conservatory. In 2003 Carolyn was invited to be Founding President & CEO of Burnt Orange Productions at the University of Texas. There she set up a program where film students worked on professionally produced feature films. Moving to Marfa, TX she executive produced FAR MARFA and the PBS documentary CHILDREN OF GIANT. She is currently in post-production on ROBERT IRWIN: A DESERT OF PURE FEELING. She is an executive producer on Keith Maitland’s DEAR MR. BRODY, to be released theatrically in 2022 and then broadcast on the Discovery Channel. She is an active member of The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Marcia S. Ross – Moderator

Marcia S. Ross produced the Emmy-nominated American Master’s documentary Terrence McNally: Every Act Of Life (with Billy Porter, Rita Moreno, Nathan Lane, Meryl Streep, and Bryan Cranston), and the Critic’s Choice-nominated Nasrin (narrated by Olivia Colman). Other documentaries include The Savoy King (with John Legend, Janet Jackson, Billy Crystal, and Jeff Goldblum), The State of Marriage (with Rep. John Lewis), 40 Million: The Struggle for Women’s Rights in Iran, (for Time Magazine), and Father Joseph.

Ross also has a three-decade career as an independent casting director and executive, serving sixteen years as EVP of Casting for the Walt Disney Motion Picture Group and five years as SVP of Casting and Talent Development at Warner Brothers TV. Her numerous film and television credits include Clueless, thirtysomething, 10 Things I Hate About You, The Princess Diaries 1& 2, Romy and Michele’s High School Reunion, Reign of Fire, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy Murder in Mississippi, The Lookout, Enchanted, Oblivion and Parental Guidance.

Ross is the recipient of the Hoyt Bowers Award for Career Achievement in Casting and the Hollywood Film Festival award for Excellence in Casting.
