Dana Sims is a Motion Picture Talent Agent at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA).   With just over 20 years of experience in talent representation, Sims is based in the Los Angeles offices and represents many of the world’s leading actors including Chris “Ludacris” Bridges (THE FAST AND THE FURIOUS franchise), Pearl Thusi (Queen Sono), Alyssa Goss (Tyler Perry’s Bruh), and Dean Jagger (Warrior), among others. Sims joined CAA in 2020 following 11 years as an agent at ICM Partners.  She began her career at the William Morris Agency working with such clients as Rihanna, Nelly and Andre 3000 in the music crossover space.  After that, she spent the next 10 years  working with the likes of Jill Scott, Migos and J Cole at ICM, where she placed clients on Broadway and packaged projects for both television and film.
